Goodwood is pleased to announce it will host a spectacular Americana Celebration, presented by Bank of America, at this year’s Festival of Speed presented by Mastercard.
With the United States of America set to celebrate 250 years since the Declaration of Independence, the Americana Celebration will pay tribute to the moments, machines and characters that have defined American motorsport and car culture. Showcasing a series of landmark anniversaries in American motoring history, the celebration will welcome up to 50 iconic cars and bikes spanning multiple racing disciplines, alongside legendary names from the annals of American motorsport, including Aaron Shelby, Al Unser Junior and Dario Franchitti.
Situated in the event’s Cathedral Paddock, the Americana Celebration presented by Bank of America will immerse fans in roaring engines, iconic cars and an atmosphere buzzing with music, entertainment and energy throughout the day. With unrestricted access for visitors, American‑inspired food and drink and appearances from racing legends, it promises to be a full‑throttle spectacle bringing the sights, sounds and spirit of American motorsport to West Sussex.
