About Goodwood

Goodwood is a unique sporting estate set in 11,000 acres of beautiful West Sussex countryside. Owned by the Dukes of Richmond since 1697, it is renowned for its thrilling motorsport events and spectacular horse racing. These two sports are a fundamental part of the estate's history and heritage, but there is more to Goodwood than horses and cars. The estate includes an organic farm, four restaurants, two 18-hole golf courses, a private members club, an aerodrome, a health club, a hotel and a 10-bedroom luxury retreat. Throughout its 300-year history, Goodwood has been renowned for its world-class entertaining and the family's willingness to share their sporting passions with the wider public. It is a place that anyone can enjoy 365 days of the year.

About The Goodwood Hotel

Awarded a Catey in 2022 for most Sustainable Business, The Goodwood Hotel sits at the gateway to the Goodwood Estate in West Sussex. At the heart of the 91-bedroom hotel lies the 18th century former coaching inn, which was used to accommodate visitors to Goodwood House. The estate's 2AA rosette sustainable restaurant, Farmer Butcher Chef, is located in the original part of the building along with a suite of function rooms that have been carefully restored to reflect the look and feel of a gloriously comfortable country house. Hotel guests can enjoy complimentary use of the Health Club, with an indoor swimming pool, as well as golf on two championship courses. Guests are also welcome to use The Kennels, Goodwood members’ club house during their stay.
