Accreditation
Please make sure you are logged in to your Press Account. If you do not have a Press Account, you can create one via the ‘Create Press Account’ button in the top right hand corner of the Press & Media Site.
Navigate to the ‘Accreditation’ page and select the event that you are applying for. Please ensure your application is accurate and include as much detail as possible about what you will be doing at the event in order to allow the team to review your request promptly.
If you have missed the deadline for accreditation, please email media@goodwood.com. Decisions on whether to process late applications will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Yes, if you are looking for media accreditation for a Goodwood event you will need to apply for each event you wish to attend. Please note accreditation for previous events does not guarantee accreditation moving forward.
If you have received an automated email stating more information is required in regards to your application, please email media@goodwood.com with details of planned coverage, circulation figures and any other additional materials that were missing from your application.
All applications are considered on a case-by-case basis. The team process a high volume of applications for each of our events and aim to accredit a range of media outlets to keep up with the ever changing media landscape. Please note we will not consider applications if you are unable to provide the required information.
If you require an additional team member and this was not outlined in your original application. Please email media@goodwood.com so the team can look into your request. Please note that additional team member access is not guaranteed and will be reviewed on an individual basis.
You will receive an automated email informing you your accreditation has been approved. Please make sure you read this email thoroughly and complete the Media Indemnity Form, the link to this form will be included in the email. Once the form is completed, a member of the team will allocate your tickets. Please note this is a manual process. Once your tickets have been allocated, you should receive an automated email confirmation. You will then need to show the QR code . eight-digit ticket reference number when entering the event.
Please ensure you have completed the Media Indemnity Form. If you have not received your reference number by the week of the event, please contact media@goodwood.com.
Filming & Photography at events
Goodwood owns all rights to track content on the Festival of Speed hillclimb and Rally Stage and on the Motor Circuit at the Members’ Meeting and Goodwood Revival. It is not possible to film these areas. If you would like to request footage, please contact media@goodwood.com. Anyone sharing filmed content of the hillclimb, Rally Stage or Motor Circuit will be asked to remove this and may not be accredited for future events.
Anyone photographing trackside at any of the motorsport events is required to show a copy of their Public Liability Insurance with a minimum value of £5 million and complete the Photographer & Videographer Sign On Form. Please ensure a copy is sent to media@gooodwood.com ahead of the event, alternatively, the team will accept paper copies in the Media Centre. Please make sure your PLI is in English, the team will not accept non-translated copies.
If you are interested in attending any of the Testing Days for Members’ Meeting and/or Goodwood Revival at the Motor Circuit, please email media@goodwood.com . All those wishing to photograph trackside will need to be cleared to do so in advance by the Motorsport Press Office. Please note that approval of trackside photographers does not lie with the Motor Circuit Operations Team and this cannot be arranged on the day of the event.
Festival of Speed
We strongly recommend that accredited press request a car parking pass for Car Park P. This is located closest to the Media Centre and will ensure a smooth process when collecting wristbands from the dedicated Media Ticket Collection Cabin at the Pheasantry Entrance. If you wish to request a pass, please email media@goodwood.com. Please note only one pass can be issued per film crew.

Photographer Tabards will be available to collect in the Media Centre on the day. Please note these cannot be booked out ahead of the event and are strictly limited to adhere to health and safety requirements. Please also note, in order to take out a tabard for trackside use, we must see a copy of Public Liability Insurance with a minimum value of £5 million as outlined above.
Goodwood Revival
There is no forward parking for press at the Goodwood Revival. Please park in one of the public car parks. Further details of parking and arriving at the event, including taxi drop off, can be found here.
Although it is not compulsory to attend in 1940s, ‘50s and ‘60s clothing to gain entry to the event, if you are looking to access the Paddocks with your ‘Press’ armband, or work in the area of the Startline or Pit Lane as a Photographer or Videographer, you will need to be dressed in period clothing or you will not be permitted access to these areas.
Photographer Armbands will be available to collect in the Media Centre on the day. Please note these cannot be booked out ahead of the event and we operate on a first come first served basis and are strictly limited to adhere to health and safety requirements. Please also note, in order to take out a tabard for trackside use, we must see a copy of Public Liability Insurance with a minimum value of £5 million as outlined above.
Members' Meeting
With Members’ Meeting being the smaller motorsport event, the team operate on an invite-only basis for the Members’ Meeting. If you are interested in attending, please email media@goodwood.com and the team can look into your request.
