This November, guests at Goodwood’s sought-after Executive Reset retreat will be able to gain a unique perspective on life, career change, stress management and future plans from globally recognized astronaut, Major Tim Peake. After 18 years of military service, Tim joined the European Space Agency in 2009 and was the first British astronaut to visit the International Space Station in 2015.

Now a motivational speaker and best-selling author, Tim will deliver a very special ‘fireside chat’ to the small group of guests on the three-day retreat at Goodwood. He will open up about how he has dealt with the many changes and challenges in his incredible career, as well as sharing his extremely valuable insights into making sound decisions, how to lead a team whilst remaining a part of it, making stress work for you and much more.

Head of Health & Wellbeing at Goodwood, Jen Evans-Brewer said, “We are absolutely delighted to be able to welcome Major Tim Peake to our Executive Reset retreat. Tim will spend time with our guests in a relaxed, informal, sharing atmosphere which will allow them to gain incredibly rare insights into their own lives which will help them plan their next steps or improve their current situations.”

Designed to address the mental and physical toll of a high-pressured life, Goodwood’s
Executive Reset has been described as ‘life-changing.’  The three-day retreat encompasses private consultations with world-leading experts, group sessions, complementary therapies, accommodation and dining. The next Executive Reset takes place from 17th – 20th November.
