This December, Goodwood Health & Wellbeing invites health-goers to prioritise their health and contribute to a meaningful cause with its Gift of Wellbeing membership campaign. From 1 December through 31 December, new members can join without a joining fee—valued at £300—by making a substantial donation to support the Chichester District Food Bank initiative in partnership with The Trussell Trust and Gifts for Hospitals with Sophie’s Legacy.
As the year comes to a close and the festive season reaches its peak, Goodwood Health & Wellbeing understands the importance of maintaining physical and mental wellness amid the pressures of the festive season and winter months when days are shorter and there are reduced levels of social contact, which can lead to the rise in loneliness
This initiative offers new members a chance to focus on their health goals while contributing to the wellbeing of the community during this season of giving.
“December is not just about celebrations; it’s a perfect time to reflect on health, wellbeing, gratitude and acts of kindness.” said Jen Evans-Brewer, Head of Wellbeing at Goodwood Health & Wellbeing. “With this campaign, we’re excited to encourage our new members to take care of their own wellbeing while giving back to those in need.”
Prospective members can either contact or visit Goodwood Health & Wellbeing between 1 and 31 December 2024, to sign up for membership without having to pay a £300 joining fee. On sign-up, members can bring donations to the food bank and gifts to hospitals. A detailed list of essential items will be available to guide donations.
