Members Meeting | Press Article 04/04/25

  • An exceptional weekend celebrating motorsport legends and automotive excellence.
  • The 82nd Members’ Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport takes place Saturday 12 and Sunday 13 April.
  • Final Sunday tickets remain at goodwood.com and can be purchased by Members and Fellows of the Goodwood Road and Racing Club.

In just over a week, the Goodwood Motor Circuit will roar into action as the 82nd Members’ Meeting presented by Audrain Motorsport, brings together an extraordinary blend of automotive history and a vibrant community of motorsport fans.

The annual Goodwood Members’ Meeting recreates the atmosphere and camaraderie of the original British Automobile Racing Club members’ meetings, that were held at the Goodwood Motor Circuit throughout the 1950s and 1960s. This year's event will exhibit spectacular showcases and a unique line-up of exhilarating races from across the decades, ranging from pre-war machines to saloon cars of the 1970s and early 1980s. And it’s not just about the cars - the unmistakable Goodwood atmosphere elevates this gathering, making it one of the standout events in the motorsport calendar.

Following the success of the 2024 Goodwood Revival which mandated the use of sustainable fuels for racing, the 82nd Members’ Meeting will present a lineup of thirteen races, all of which will run solely on sustainable fuel.

The S.F. Edge Trophy, a fan favourite since its debut at the 74th Members’ Meeting, will showcase pre-war cars, competing in two five-lap races on both days of the event. A new addition to the race schedule this year is the Win Percy Trophy, a 45-minute, two-driver race for smaller Group 1 touring cars under 2.8-litres.

A new addition to this year's event is the GT3 Shoot-Out, where some of the world’s most iconic automotive manufacturers, such as Ferrari, Lamborghini, and Aston Martin will go head-to-head across the weekend, culminating in a final head-to-head Shoot-Out on Sunday afternoon. This competition will be a first for Goodwood, and is an exciting and rare opportunity to see modern racing cars tackling Goodwood’s high-speed Motor Circuit.

Gordon Murray Automotive (GMA) will be returning to exhibit an impressive line-up of cars, including the GMA T.33 and the T.50s Niki Lauda, which will be driven by IndyCar Series Champion Dario Franchitti. The Goodwood Road and Racing Club and their guests can expect to see Professors Gordon Murray’s designs on display on the Brooklands Lawn including a range of beautifully-engineered GMA V12 engines.

The 82nd Members’ Meeting will commemorate the 40th anniversary of Ayrton Senna’s first Grand Prix victory at the Portuguese Grand Prix in 1985. To celebrate this historic milestone, Goodwood will be showcasing Senna’s iconic Lotus 97T with Bruno Senna getting behind the wheel in a poignant tribute to his uncle’s life and legendary racing career.

Additionally, the 82nd Member’s Meeting will showcase Cadillac Hertz Team JOTA’s 2025 Le Mans entry - the V-Series. R, which will be making its European debut at the Goodwood Motor Circuit. Not only will this be a first look for a European audience, but it will also be the first time a current WEC Hypercar has run at the Goodwood Motor Circuit. The V-Series. R will complete a number of high-speed demonstration laps across the weekend, driven by Will Stevens and Alex Lynn.

Away from the track, Members’ Meeting guests can get involved in the annual House Competition by participating in an array of activities, including the sack race, bean bag toss, mini assault course, and even country classics such as duck herding, ferret racing and laser clay shooting. On track, drivers will go head-to-head, also accruing points for their house.
